Body Massage Treatment Course
Performing a Body Massage treatment is an opportunity for you to give your client a relaxing and enjoyable treatment designed to encourage a feeling of well being.
This course will teach you everything you need to know about offering a professional full body massage and includes a practical training session and assessment.
The Body Massage course follows the National Occupational Standards . It covers anatomy and physiology, contra-indications and contra-actions, skin conditions, preparing for treatment, massage techniques and a full body massage routine.
Body Massage Online Course and Practical Training
This course covers the technique for performing a full body massage routine. Theory is delivered online with clear diagrams and audio. Practical training is taught in a one day session at our Orpington Training Centre with our tutor Jane She has many years experience as a massage therapist and will guide you and support you well. Photographs and videos ensure this course is both engaging and informative to give you the confidence to perform body massage treatments.
No kit is required for the practical session. Students are provided with AABY kits for the duration of the practical course only. Kits are available to purchase for home practice.
(All modules and examinations are completed online with full online support available. On completion of the course, successful students will receive a certificate in Body Massage).
